1. Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Bot Owner and the user of the ServerGenAi Discord bot (the "Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Use of the Bot
The Bot Owner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Bot for personal or non-commercial purposes.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Bot in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of any third party. You may not use the Bot for any commercial purposes without express written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Bot Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Bot.
5. Modifications
The Bot Owner may modify or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Bot and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of the Bot Owner.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot Owner from any claims arising out of your use of the Bot.
8. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.
